Interest vs Commitment

The difference between interest and commitment is that

• when you're interested in doing something, you do it
  only when it is convenient
  
• when you're committed to something, you accept
  no excuses, only results!

Unfortunately, I will be doing less running and more swimming and strength training for the next couple of weeks. Just letting my shins rest a bit. BUT, I'm still very much committed to my training.
