Make a list of things you're wasting time on today. Cut one of them out and get the run in.

  • blogging
  • listening to TheFinalSprint/Phedippidations podcasts,
    while doing nothing

  • instead of listening to them on the treadmill
  • browsing the web
  • procrastinating
